What equipment do I need?

Our programs and workout library can be broken down into 3 categories of equipment needs, check them out.

  • You will need access to the following:

    • Barbells and weight plates

    • Box and Bench

    • Dumbbells

    • Pull Up bar

    • Kettlebells

    • Rower and Echo Bike/Assault Bike (can be interchanged)

    • Squat rack -Outdoor running space or Treadmill

    • Looped Resistance Bands -Medicine Ball and/or Dball

    • Gymnastic Rings or TRX

    *You can substitute equipment based on what you have. Dumbbells and kettlebells are interchangeable and can be used in place of barbell movements. All cardio equipment is interchangeable.

  • We recommend 3 pairs of dumbbells — Light, moderate and heavy & 3 Kettlebells — Light, moderate and heavy.

    Kettlebells & Dumbbells are interchangeable when applicable, use what you can.

    You will also need:

    • Bench

    • Box/stool

    • Light looped resistance band

    • Light weight (dumbbell or kettlebell)

    • Yoga/stability ball

    • Light medicine ball (optional)

    • A light looped resistance band
